Seo and Flash is a nice dream for worldwide webmasters, but we have to say that the only spider that is quite, I say quite due to the fact that it use a particular version of swf2html, is the Google one.

Infact we can search for swf only on Google using the command filetype:swf in the query string.

But what about the other search engine spiders?

In this very moment we aren’t able to say exactly what Live and Yahoo are able to do with Flash, but I’m quite sure that saying that they aren’t able to index the flash contents isn’t so wrong as statement…

Some weeks ago i wrote a post about how to index flash, but the cloaking risk is quite high… so the mere question is: how much we can risk? is this way too risky?
